How to Draw Beauty and The Beast

STEP 1.

 Since you are drawing two characters in one lesson, you will have to do double the work. Take your time and carry on. Start by making the shapes of their heads like so, and then draw in the guidelines for the faces, and bodies like so.

STEP 2.

 Now using the facial guidelines you drew in step one, you will begin sketching out the shapes of the eyes for both Belle, and Beast. Next, start sketching out their noses, and since Beast is a dog like creature you will have to draw out the bridge of the nose in an arched effect.

STEP 3.

 Beast is a hairy monster or creature. When you draw out the shape or framing of his face you have to make sure to sketch out the hairy lining of the face like you see here. When that is done draw out Belle's face shape, and then draw in her eyes in more detail, and then her mouth, lips, ears, and eye brows. Lastly, draw her hair line too and then Beast's eye balls. Lastly complete the bridge of his nose too in between the eyes.

STEP 4.

 Okay, now it's time to get those thick animal eyebrows drawn out for Beast. Once that is done you can go ahead and sketch in the cheek lining, and then draw out his bog under bite along with the bottom lip, two fangs, and his chin hair. Be sure to put a friendly smile on his face. For Belle all you have to do is draw out her pretty combed back hairstyle which is barrette and pulled in a back bun. Next, draw out the shape of her neck, and shoulders.

STEP 5.

 It's now time to sketch in the rest of Beast's head and notice how this is also some of his back. Sketch the hair or fur and then his ears, and horns. Next and lastly, draw out the wide or broad shoulders like so, and then move to step six.

STEP 6.

 It's now time to start drawing out their torso's or bodies. You will do this by making Beast's very upright chest shapes, and then draw in his arms and big animal like hands. Next, draw out Belle's arms and her dress's ruffled collar which rests on the sides of her shoulders.

STEP 7.

 Your almost done guys! All you are doing now is drawing in the detailing and definition for the clothes. For Beast you will have to draw out the ruffled collar which is also part of the shirts design which flows down the chest, and then draw in his sleeves and his ruffled shirt sleeve around the wrist. Finish drawing Belle's hands, and then the rest of her torso or dress.

STEP 8.

 Lastly, draw in the pinned broach on Beast's short like you see here, and then draw in the rest of his shirt and jacket. You will also need to draw out Belle's dress from the waist down, and then begin erasing the lines and shapes you drew in step one.

STEP 9.

 Now you have a completed drawing of Disney's Beauty and the Beast. I hope you had fun, be sure to color them in to look even more complete. Great work everyone!
