1. jonathan james (12 Dec 1983 – 18 may 2008 )

jonathan james was an American hacker. at only fifteen years of age
he managed to hack many networks, including the US department
and NASA. James hacked NASA’s network and obtained international
space station source code of controlling critical life sustaining elements.
according to NASA the software supported the physical environment,control
of the temperature and humidity of international space station.
when this intrusion detected NASA had to shut down their computer
networks for three weeks.
in 2007 many high profile companies fell in victim of network attacks, even
though james denied any involvement. on 18 may 2008 jonathan james committed
suicide, believing he would be convicted of crimes that he didn’t commit

2.Kevin mitnik 

kivin deniel mitnik (6 aug 1963) is American computer
security consultant convicted criminal and hacker. he
hacked the system of many well known companies like Motorola
,Fujitsu and novell for the purpose of stealing software
and damaging their machines.
according to US department of justice, mitnik gained
unauthorized access to dozens of computer networks .
he used to cloned cell phones to hide his location

at the time of his arrest US department of justice called him
the most wanted computer criminal in united states history.

3. Albert gonzalez

albert gonzalez is computer hacker and criminal who is
mastermind in credit card theft and reselling of more than
170 million credit card and atm card numbers over a period
of 2 years and sell them online for profit.
gonzalez used SQL injection to deploy backdoors on
corporate systems in order to launch ARP spoofing which
allowed him to steal computer data from corporate networks.
He was arrested on 7 may 2008, currently he is serving
20 year’s sentence at federal correctional institution union.
